No maps on SE v600i ?

Looks like a great little app, but I've not been able to get any maps to display. Using SE V600i + Nokia bluetooth GPS, it logs GPS data OK and displays position, speed, etc. The map display has "network disabled" in the top left corner. I've said yes to the "allow application to send to the internet" question and Google maps works fine on this phone. Any clues?
